Located on Route 9 only 6.5 miles from I-70 exit 203, it is less than 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Breckenridge. Accommodations are 37 clean cozy motel rooms with color cable T.V. and private bathrooms with showers. We also have two fully furnished apartments - one sleeps up to 14 people comfortably, and the other sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably.
